pull the manager detail from a user account set in the person picker

Hi. I have 2 fields. 1 is the user with a person picker. the second is a text field for the Manager. When I set a user in the person picker, I'd like the manager field to be filled out with that user's manager. All of the documents that I've seen are for pulling the manager in of the user that's currently editing the document. This isn't what I want though. Hope someone on this excellent forum can help!

You need to set the query field in the get user profile data connection to the account id from the people picker and then execute the query.
