change programming language in form

When I first started with InfoPath I left the default programming language set to JS. Now I want to change it to VB. I know to go to the Tools menu->Advanced Tab->Form Code Language. However now in my current form I want to change to the code language to VB. (There is no code in the form currently) yet the Form Code Language is greyed out. Anyone know how I can get around this?
