    Submit EDITABLE form through Outlook

     Hi there

I'm attempting to send a specific view from an existing form to my vendors that allows them to fill out (just that view) and submit back to SharePoint via Outlook.

    Step One:

Admin Submits form (submission also emails vendor)

    Step Two:

Vendor receives emailed form (is only allowed to see the designated view)

    Step Three:

Vendor fills out necessary information, signs form

    Step Four:

Vendor resubmits form with updated information via button on the form that was originally emailed to them.

    Is this possible?

The biggest thing I need to accomplish is to A. Hide the rest of the form from the vendor and B. Update the current form in the SharePoint library.

    Thanks

I don't think this is possible. You'd have to know that your vendor has InfoPath Filler installed. Sending the form data with the email means they can look at the XML file with a text editor - so it doesn't really matter if the form has restrictions on a view. Do vendors have access to your SharePoint site? If so - easiest would be using browser form and emailing them a link....
