1 User getting blank page when editing SharePoint list item with InfoPath web part

    Hi everyone,

I have a list in SharePoint 2013 with InfoPath web part forms for view, edit, new.

For some reason, one of my users is getting a blank page for the edit form.  I mean, the SharePoint page loads, but the content of the page where the web part would be is blank.  View & new work fine.  I cannot reproduce the issue on my machine with either my own credentials or a test account, the web part loads fine as expected.  He says he's getting the same issue on his desktop and laptop.  Everything I google with regards to this issue is not user-specific.  Does anyone have any idea what's happening?  It's a relatively new issue, he has previously been able to edit items.

Now, not many users interact with SharePoint lists with InfoPath forms so it's possible multiple users would have this issue too if they were.  But unfortunately he is the only one who has reported it.

Bumping and also I have an update - When the user logs into another person's computer he'll have the same issue, despite the person who owns the computer not having the issue.  It's definitely something specific to the user's profile on SharePoint.

    Any ideas?

I am sure you've checked the user's permissions. How odd. I wish I had something to suggest, but I haven't seen this before. Can you check the SharePoint logs, see if there is anything helpful there? You may also want to try posting on https://sharepoint.stackexchange.com/
