    File cannot be accessed

I'm trying to programmatically create an XSF file (and all corresponding files), but when I open it I get the following error message:

    "The file cannot be accessed."

Does anybody have a clue as to what this error means? I can't do any troubleshooting on the file until I know the error :o). If it helps, I can post the forms also.

    With regards,
    Anže

Sounds like one of the files that you specified should exist in the manifest, doesn't really exist. Check to make sure all specified files exist and that there were no typo's in the manifest.

Nope, I traced the error. Heh, it was a misspelled start tag :). I wrote xDocument instead of xDocumentClass. Not really a descriptive error message, huh?

After I fixed this one, and did a few mods on the file, i get an even better one :). "Info path encountered an error." without any options for advanced view. It's really strange. I'll have to rerun through the whole file generation procedure to double check what I've done wrong. It's hard though, being there is very little helpful documentation.

Glad you found the other issue. You might try running each of your files through an XML validator to make sure there's no other weird issues like the one you already fixed.

Yep, I did that now :). It worked -- I can open the file now, however I recieve another error if I package it as an XSN file, for which It might be better to open a new thread :). So I'll do that.

Great! Glad you got it working so far as you have!
