Infopath Search form with multiple views

I'm trying to create a Search form with multiple views. First page, the text field has a rule to just query the database, on submit of the text field has a rule to look at the field if it's equal to the Unique ID. It should then switch to another view with the results, the third view springs into action if the Unique ID is incorrect. The problem is the fields aren't appearing on the results view. I'm using a Calculated field and the data is non repeating. I've set up the data connection on all the relevant fields I need. Why aren't the results appearing?

I'd verify the query returns data. Just drag the whole data source into a single view, query & data fields, and add a button to query the data source. Then you can test & verify data is returned.

Hi Hilary, the data did return the first record. I then dragged the whole data source into a single view (data fields). This returned the required fields from the database in a repeating table. So how do I just return one row from the repeating table based on a unique name?

When you select the field you want from the field picker, there is a "Filter data" button - you can use that to add an XPath filter. Attach a sample form under the Options tab if you need a hand.
