InfoPath Dev

I need to create a form so a user can add new records or delete existing records in a database table. This is not something that he has to do a lot of, basically add new users and delete old users. So it just needs to be a simple form. Is there a tutorial somewhere that will walk me through this? We don't use sharepoint will that be a problem?

 This should be fine with InfoPath and you don't have to have SharePoint. From the InfoPath Designer, under New, you can select "Database" as your starting point for your form - this will allow you to connect to your database.

The data connection will have query fields and data fields. You can use the query fields to help him find the user he needs to delete - then in the returned results (displayed in the data fields), he can remove the repeating row with the user he wishes to delete and submit the form to update the database. For adding new, he can insert a new row in the repeating data fields section, enter data and submit.
