I am new to the forum, so would appreciate any help I can get. I am trying to call the SaveAs method in the onSubmitRequest function in jscript. I am passing it a field value and path as the file path/name. I keep getting the error saying that the file has no name. I can display the file path/name in the Xdocument, but I doesn't seem to work in the SaveAs method. I want to be able to save the form on a local drive using a specific filename.

Any ideas?

XDocument.SaveAs("c:\\\form1.xml");

SaveAs only work if it Trusted form, so you should make form as a trusted form.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried that code, and that's when I get the message that the form doesn't have a file name. The form is fully trusted and deployed using vs msi.
