    Populating multiple fields

    Hi,

My issue is with populating multiple fields based on a selection in a drop down list that pulls from a SharePoint List.

    I have 6 fields:
Shipping Location, Address1, Address2, City, State, and Zip Code.

I have a List with the following columns:
Shipping Location, Address1, Address2, City, and Zip Code.
The "State" field is not listed there because it is a drop-down list, which I would also like to have filled out. The "State" is pulling from a separate SharePoint List.

I would like to know if it's possible to have, once a user selects "Location A" from the Shipping Location drop list, the 4 text fields populate and the correct state be selected. If it is possible, then how can I do this?

I am new to this and I don't know XML very well (I'm learning), but I am pretty good at figuring things out if I am given some general directions.

Thanks to all who respond to this-

    Hi Sylapse,

You should add rules and based on filter you can set those values. Check out this link and get more information.
