InfoPath is such a booger about printing nicely. Is this rich text? Is the control an expression box? If so - you may want to use a rich text box set to read only, and see if you get different results.... Reply Contact I hadn't seen the additional post from Connie - but perhaps copy the text out into a simple text editor to make sure you can see / remove any additional line breaks?
