InfoPath Dev

I have an Infopath Form which can be opened in Infopath Filler. The new document link works if it is opened in Internet Explorer, but in any other browser, it gives an error message saying Form cannot be opened in browser. I have forced the library form to open in client application so i should not be getting the error message (I suppose). IS there any work around ? Thanks

 I wonder if you just provided a direct link to the template (like on the home page of your site) if a link would open the form in filler from other browsers. You may have to add the noredirect URL parameter.
