Hi there, I'm building an eForm for investigation of safety incidents.
Included in the form is a list of actions required to rectify the incident cause. I have
included as a repeating table - action description, assigned to , due
date, status.
The team need to identify at-a-glance those investigations with
outstanding actions. Therefore I need a collective/footer field
associated with the repeating table that identifies if any of the actions
are still open (Are there any Actions outstanding? - yes/no). I don't
know how to achieve this from the action status fields in the repeating
table.
The logic would be something like this: "if any of the 'Action Status'
fields in the repeating table = "In Progress", "On Hold" or "Not Started"
then [Actions Outstanding]="Yes" This field would then be promoted as a
column in the SharePoint form library and would determine the visibility
of the form item in the "Active Investigations" view.
Would anyone know how to do this? Thank you.
