Hi, I have this problem with Infopath for five days now. I am creating a to-do list which has 10 to-do's, each of which has a different due date. When I display this on Sharepoint, the due dates appear as different columns. This is not efficient for the person who needs to check what his tasks for today are since he needs to filter many columns before he can figure out if he has a task due today. So what I did was to create a field (let's call this notes to admin) which will display if there is a task due based on the due dates listed and on the status of each task. I created rules which say that if a due date is less than or equal to today and the status is not yet "Completed" then it should display a message on the Notes to Admin field. It is working fine if I refer to only one due date and one task status. However, when I add another due date and another task status it does not work well. Here is the logic that I used:
If DUE DATE 1 is less than or equal to TODAY AND
TASK STATUS 1 does not equal COMPLETED OR
If DUE DATE 2 is less than or equal to TODAY AND
TASK STATUS 2 does not equal COMPLETED
Then display message YOU HAVE PENDING TASKS TODAY
Otherwise, display YOU DO NOT HAVE PENDING TASKS
I hope you can help me with this.
