New to the site and very new to InfoPath. I'm used to dragging and dropping basic fields onto the form and having it submit into a SharePoint list, but now I'm trying to get fancy and I'm getting a little stuck with this one.
I've uploaded a picture of the basics of what I want to do using labels and textboxes, but I think what I need is a repeating table.
So the form I'm building has a field on it "Gate" and what I'm trying to do is when you select one of the "Gates" from a drop down control that it automatically displays/populates a table with all the deliverables that are required for that Gate - this data is stored in a secondary sharepoint list. I've sorta figured out how to add the secondary data source and filter a repeating table to only show deliverables related to the "Gate" field, but where I'm getting stuck is that I need a few extra fields which relate to each of the deliverables.
So for example:
Deliverables table looks sort of like this:

1, Project Plan, All, John Smith, Joe Bob, Define
2, Requirements Doc, All, John Smith, Jane Doe, Define
3, Traceability Matrix, All, John Smith, Joe Bob, Plan

If I select "Define" from the "Gate" field, I want it to give me a table that looks like the attachment where it's giving me Deliverable #1 and Deliverable #2 and that I can associate a status, comments, and file attachment with each deliverable specifically.
That's where I'm getting stuck - I can figure out how to create the repeating table and have the appropriate fields display from the secondary data source, but I can't figure out how do I add additional controls to the same table row? I need to be able to log the status, comments, and file attachments related to each deliverable.
Any ideas?
