Hi, I have read Patrick Halstead's post that Cute PDF is the easiest way to accomplish this in SharePoint 2010. (http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/20071/69589.aspx#69589) I this still the case in SharePoint 2013? Thank you Kevin.
