Issues with forms moving to Windows 10, InfoPath 2013, and Edge

We are transitioning to Windows 10 from Windows 7, and along with it Office 2013 (we are currently on 2010). I'm trying to figure out why our forms look so different. I seem to remember being told that InfoPath 2010 renders its views using IE. Is that correct? And if so, does that mean that in going to Windows 10, we are effectively moving our InfoPath form rendering engine from IE11 to Edge? Is anyone else seeing these kinds of issues?

Well - in filler, InfoPath uses IE. I have IE 11 on my Win 10 machine - and I haven't seen (too many) issues - can you attach a screenshot under the Options tab in a reply?
