Best Way to Populate InfoPath Form With One Row of MS Excel Table

My team is currently using an InfoPath form in a SharePoint 2010 library to do a complex task where the information builds over time.

Now we want to change things so a 3rd party sends us the initial 10 fields that start the form so it can be finished by other users.   The 3rd party will be sending the fields in MS Excel, and sending multiple rows at a time.

I understand how to map data structure from InfoPath to Excel so InfoPath form can receive the information.  But I only want to import one row at at a time from the MS Excel form into the InfoPath form (user selected).

How do I make it so any user can start with the row of interest and have one row of MS Excel (or one row of SharePoint 2010) to populate the InfoPath form so the rest of the process can continue?
