Hi There,

 I GOT common issue now in my business with many users reporting not able to open sharepoint forms  using InfoPath 2013  and they always faced with error message ( this feature requires Internet Explorer 5 or later when opening a form or document. . even though we got internet explorer 11 installed for all users. I need to point out that its been resolved for just few users with doing either or both of the following

• Repair office365 from control panel
• or change compatibility view settings

 so for the rest of users , the issue still exist and I got to come up with alternative solution as my company is not willing to upgrade sharepoint 2003 anytime sooner . Please help on that .

How about upgrading the form's to be 2013 compatible?

Open in InfoPath 2013 Designer and go to File->Form Information and Compatibility. Set as 2013 and save-republish.

Just a guess, but easy and worth a try. :)

This is actually online  form , so whenever try they faced with message without possibility of opening
