Tried following the below to create a full trust installed form: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/ee526348.aspx I have successfully repackaged the xsn file, I then run this through FormInstaller.exe (msdn guide doesn't make it clear so using that instead - ty Qdabra :D), - error comes through that "An error occurred trying to register this template: The following form template cannot be registered: C:\Users\Warehouse\Documents\test1.xsn The form template cannot be registered because it contains a publish URL." I have tried editing the source files so they don't contain publish location but everything I do results in same message. My published file can successfully be installed but it still has the MS warnings which I cant have, hence I need the source editing.... any help appreciated!

When you publish to a network location, there is a dialog in the publishing wizard you can use to set this to blank - see attached screenshot.

hi Hilary, thankyou for your reply! I had previously tried this from another post of yours and just tried it again. from the template I went to publish, kept same, removed the line u showed in SS, went back to publish > export source > changed what I needed for the security warning > repacked to xsn > attempted install with form installer and got the same error.
