Hello, I have created a form which would have a calculated time generated on it. All that I am looking for is, I would need my sharepoint to send e-mail when that calculated time has passed. Note: I have set my sharepoint timing as PST, and irrespective of the user I need sharepoint to send e-mail only when the time has crossed the limit in PST. Here is glimpes of form: Create date and time: Current PST time appears automatically here. Due date and time: time in PST appears automatically here. I would need my system to send e-mail as soon as time passes Due date and time in PST. Can someone help me this please?

 You will need to use SharePoint workflow for this, I'd think. Otherwise you'd have to keep the form open forever. :)

Hello Hilary, Thanks for reply. I am using SharePoint Workflow however looks like I do not have a code which would send e-mail when a condition is met. If there you have instructions for it please do help me with that.
