    Email subject line

Let me start this out by stating that I have taken this form over from someone who is no longer here. We have a form that uses several check boxes to activate additional fields in form. I would like to have the email subject line reflect that a box was checked. There are 5 boxes. Every time I try to do it, I see 4 false and 1 true in the subject line. Is there a way to make this work? Thanks, Matt

So- the checkboxes have values of true and false. I think I'd add a field to the form called "Subject" and use that field for the email Subject (walk through the data connection and select the field for the formula for the subject). Then add logic to the checkbox fields to set the Subject field as needed. Make sense? For already filled out forms, this may not help you - you may need to also add form load rules to set the Subject field there (since the user may not be changing the checkbox selection in an already filled out form).
