Any idea why my form is posting to another list called "relink documents to this library" I renamed the form and then I switched back to the original form. When I submit the form I get the message that it was submitted successfully but the data continues to go the the relink documents list.

Hi Kim, have you checked the data connection for your form submission? It's under menu - Data - Data Connections, and default data connection name is Main Submit. and see to which SharePoint library or list is the data connection is defined.  thanks,
