I have a formula that concats a bunch of emails from a column and unfortunately some of the emails are the same as you move down the column. This ends up giving me something like this:Combined Emails:( [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]) I'm trying to get it so the above would appear as follows: [email protected]; [email protected] I figured there would be an easy formula to eliminate duplicates but so far I haven't found anything. 01-04-2016 08:05 AM In reply to Hilary Stoupa Joined on 06-20-2008 Posts 13,297 Re: Remove Duplicate Values from a Rich Text Field UniqueDoubleEval.xsn Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer... Reply Contact Hmmm - maybe you could modify the formula you are using to populate "Combined Emails" instead? See attached for a simple sample. Save the file locally, right click & select Design to open, from there you can preview. Reply Contact Here's a 2007 version. I think you'll want something like (but with namespace prefixes, you'll have to enter the preceding-sibling portion by hand in the formula editor): eval(eval(SharePointListItem_RW[infopathDAO = string(true()) and not(DAOEmail = preceding-sibling::SharePointListItem_RW/DAOEmail)], 'concat(d:DAOEmail, " ")'),"..") Hello Hilary,
thanks for the reply.
On the machine I'm currently on, I have InfoPath 2007 and am not able to open the file you attached. I do have InfoPath 2010 at home and can look at it there.
Just for reference, this is my current formula that returns all emails:
eval(eval(SharePointListItem_RW[infopathDAO = string(true())], 'concat(d:DAOEmail, " ")'),"..")
