I’m
using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11 and InfoPath 2010.
I
have an InfoPath form in Sharepoint inside an InfoPath Form Web part. The Info
Path form contains a multiple selection list box. I named the multiple selection list box mlstDocType
and it gets its values from an external data source. The external data source
is a sharepoint list called RequestDevelopmentList. That sharepoint list has 4
columns: Title, Email1, Email2, EmailCC.
I
would like the InfoPath form to be emailed to the recipients in Email1, Email2
and EmailCC depending on which selection (s) are chosen from the multiple
selection list box.
I
would also like to be able to track the requests and be able to have them
assigned to others if desired.
I’ve
never done a workflow before and I feel lost of what to do. I attached a picture.
