Binding a TextBox to a Sharepoint List Column Value

Please could anyone suggest the best way (if it is possible) to automatically import a SharePoint List Field value and put it into a Text Box.

I am using InfoPath 2013 and connecting to SharePoint 2010 Site.

The List name is: "SPR_Ref" and the Column name is "UniqueID"

When the InfoPath form opens I want to read the value from the List above and put it into a Text Box named "SPR Ref". Have seen some info about linking a SharePoint List using a Drop-Down Menu but I want it to add the value into a Text Box.

Thanks in advance for any help/advice given.

Is there only a single column and row in the SPR_Ref list? If there are many you would need some way to trigger a filter off the current form to select the data you want.
