Button Click in InfoPath 2010 is not setting a field's value

I have inherited an InfoPath 2010 form that was working fine, then after a weekend actions that are triggered by a button click stopped working.

Clicking the button sets some text in a text field, sets a completed field to True and sets a hidden field called Approve to True.  Once Approve is set to true other actions run and the last action is to switch to a read-only view of the form.

Clicking the button appears to not change the Approve field from it's default value of False to the intended value of True thus none of the other actions run.

Suggestions / solutions on how to get this button click to set the field to True again will be greatly appreciated!

     Hi Dustyniche,

Is the action prior to setting the Approve field to true getting executed? Are all the actions failing? If this is a browser form and all the actions are failing it could be the post back issue.

     Kinds Regards,
