Hello, I'm new to infopath and I need to create a data connection between a field in infopath and a column/table in access, visible in a drop down menu. Can someone please help :( Thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean by create a data connection between a field and your Access DB. You need to add a connection to the database, then you can add logic to set a field in your main data source to a value from your secondary data source, and add a filter. Hello Hilary, my form work perfectly on my computer but when I publish it on the company's drive, other users cannot fill out the form :( any help on this please?

Additional information would be useful. What happens when other users try to fill out the published form?

When the form opens, it trys to connect to the access database on the company common drive and then gives an error message. "One or more sources required to fill out this form cannot be reached. Should infopath continue to connect to data form?" Details: The query cannot be run for the following Data Object: ALL PRICES, infopath cannot run the specified query, info path cannot connect to data source, infopath has an error. The operation failed. Some external data not retrieved, The form will load with the requested data. Those are the error messages
