InfoPath Dev

We have 450 plus submitted Infopath 2013 forms. Each of these infopath forms has multiple attachments. Is it possible to retrieve these file attachments to document library from already submitted infopath 2013 forms? I have a solution which will accomplish this functionality moving forward but not to the forms that are already submitted. Any ideas, suggestions?

 I'd probably write some custom code to do this - download the files, then use a small utility program to create & upload the files from the forms replacing them with a hyperlink to the new location. Then I'd copy the XML back into the library - this will change the Modified date and Modified by in your library, of course.
