Infopath form taking too long to load and submit

Hi, I have been using QRules for last few months. After injecting QRules the form is taking long time to load as well as submit. Is there any thing that you could do to help me to resolve this issue?

Hi - Are you saying that the performance of your qRules form in your Office 365 site has changed? Originally it did not take as long?

I do know that sandboxed forms are slower in general for loading (not sure I've noticed a difference in submitting). At one point I ran a few tests comparing a form with minimal code (so, still sandboxed, but less code than the qRules DLL) in Office 365 with a qRules form and found that load times were comparable. But both forms were slower than a form with no code / no qRules.

I think one of our testers also did some performance reviews - I'll ask her to chime in.

Does your form also pull a lot of data on load? How complex are the submit rules (or is it just a simple library submit)?

Hi, Thank you for your email. It is not simple form. the form doesn't pull lot of data on form load. it pulls data on button click events. I have 6 views and Custom code in it.

Okay, so you have custom code & qRules in your form?

I found some test results I can share. I opened each form twice and recorded the loading time - all forms were published to Office 365. These were entirely blank forms, no secondary data connections, no views (nothing on the default view), no rules, etc. As you can see, as soon as the form goes into the Sandbox (whether due to custom code or qRules) the load time increases dramatically.

    Blank form:
    2.11 sec
    1.33 sec

Blank form with one line of code:
    16.06 sec
    7.60 sec

    Blank form with qRules:
    6.31 sec
    6.56 sec
