I've implemented this solution here: https://salnikan.wordpress.com/2013/10/16/inserting-multiple-list-items-at-once-into-a-sharepoint-list/ And its working great except for two things:
1. When editing a submitted line of data, the xml data is not showing up in the form anymore.
2. I can't get but the first to update a field to kick off a workflow. (Status Field) ( I made a rule to a required field to say if something was there to update the status field, this works but I'm sure its not ideal).
I've googled to see if I can find an answer to why the data is missing when you are editing but I can't find anything.
