Good day. I just want to inquire if Qrules will work for an out of the box sharepoint 2010 list that had been edited using InfoPath. I want to extract the attachment from the list item. Thank you in advance.

SharePoint list forms cannot have code in them, which means qRules cannot be used in list forms.
You could use an InfoPath form that is not a list form w/ qRules to manage your list by leveraging the SubmitToSharePointList command.
