Reply Contact Im doing a system so that users can acknowledge the document and answers some simple quiz before the submit. im using infopath designer 2013. The form would be submitted to the share point. Im able to send the document to the user and the reply able to get back to the sharepoint site. Im able o get their user alias and time of the acknowledgement. The problem is with the quiz. User must answer the quiz correctly before they submit. If they answer wrongly, they should not be able to submit the form. They must redo the quiz. Lets say there are 3 radio button question, user must answer all correctly before submit. How to add rule for this scenario? Please assist on this matter. Suppose for Question 1 there are 3 radio buttons to choose from and the correct answer is the second radio button. So the condition for the formatting rule would be if field1 is not equal to 2(value of the radio button when selected) disable the submit button. The other way would be to display an error message if the answers are incorrect. Please see the attached sample forms.Hope this helps!
