Hi, All items in my MSLB displayed on separate lines on the form. They are displayed as "wrap around" in SP2013 Doc lib column. How do I keep them separated like what I see in the MSLB? Thanks

Hi Tom,

A muti-select list box is tied to one field in your form. Once promoted as a property to you library, all of the values are concatenated because there is only on row of data. You would need to have each selection as a separate field in your form, or use default data with a repeating data structure that could then be pushed out to a list through CAML or qRules SubmitToSharePointList.

The problem is the list gonna have multiple columns 3,5,10 or even more columns. This will be a long list. That is why I was thinking about using one column with multiple separated line items like the drop-down list
