Issues emailing completed InfoPath form attachment to recipient who does not have access to SharePoint

I would like to email a completed InfoPath form to a recipient who does not have access to the SharePoint Location where the form is published and originally submitted.  The purpose of this process is so that I can send the form to various people to review. They may then further send the completed form to other people for their review.  However, I do not want to provide access to all these various people to the SharePoint site.  The problem is, when the recipient trys to open the form in Outlook, they get an error message that they do not have access to the SharePoint site.  Is there a way around this?

I've thought about converting to PDF, but there are two issues.  1. it's time consuming, 2. there are often attachements that will have to be manually added to the email, adding to the time consuming issue.   I have also considered emailing with the form directly imbedded in the email using "Read-Only Shapshot", however the recipient prefers to obtain a document that they can save and move around.  The purpose of using InfoPath was to make the process administratively easy for the submitter and the person who manages the submissions.  However, this is not the case if we have to PDF.

     Please advise.

     Thanks

    Lindsay

Hi Lindsay, Assuming you are not using SharePoint Online, you might look into submitting the InfoPath form by email to the SharePoint library, which does not require credentials. This might be one piece of the puzzle's solution, anyway. More info: http://www.formotus.com/14389/blog-infopath/tech-tip-using-email-to-submit-forms-to-sharepoint Glen
