    Refreshing error

     Hello

I have a form that submits data to an excel file and displays back a chart from the excel file. What happens inside the infopath filler form: Open the excel file-> submit data to excel --> save the excel workbook --> close the excel workbook. Then, inside the form i have a picture control that is displaying a chart from that excel file. The picture control is of datatype ANYURI. This works really well - except when i make changes to the data, and expect the chart to updata accordingly. The problem is that the chart does not update. Ofcourse, when I change the data, I also rerun the same procedure to Open the excel file-> submit data to excel --> save the excel workbook --> close the excel workbook. I also clear the URL to the chart, just to make sure it blanks. The URL that make the picture is this: http://sgcmweb/registrering/_vti_bin/ExcelRest.aspx/DPF%20Javascript/RTPMixing.xlsx/Model/Charts('Diagram%201')?$format=image

The only workaround I've found (and the workaround is not acceptable for the laboratory the run their analysis in the form), is: Close internet explorer, open the link posted above, then switch views inside infopath filler back and forth, and voilla. The chart updates magically.

Is there a more professional way to deal with this problem. I really need the image to update then data in the form updates.

    regards

    Philip
