InfoPath Submit Button Is Overwriting SharePoint List Item

Hi guys! I'm relatively new to SharePoint/InfoPath so there may be a simple solution to this problem.  I have a custom form that connects to my SharePoint list.  I have a "first page" on my form that is the default.  The user inputs some information and clicks on a 'next' button to switch views.  Depending on the info they submit, it takes them to different pages to complete the form.  At the end of the second page, there is a 'submit button' which has a rule to submit the information to main data connection, then clear all the fields, and return to the first, default form view.

I never close the form because I don't want them to have to click refresh or reopened the form. Consequently, when I go to enter information a second time (so after I submit info and have returned to my first page) instead of creating a new item; it overwrites the item that was just created.  It will continue to overwrite this item until I refresh or close the form.  I would like it to keep creating new items.

Is there any easy way for me to fix this?  If I do have to add a close form rule to the button, is there a way to get the form to auto refresh or return to my default page?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.

For Reference: I'm using Sharepoint 2010, SPD 2010, and InfoPath Designer 2010

Hi - I'm not sure if there is a way to do this with a SharePoint list form, I'm afraid - I'm sure you've tried this - but are you resetting the ID field?

    Hey Hilary-Thanks for the help

I tried setting the ID field to be blank after the submit button is pressed.  When I try to enter data the second time around, I get an error with the corrreleation ID.
