    Expired certificate issues


    I have an issue with a number of forms that had previously been signed with a VeriSign certificate so we could configure the forms with Full Trust security.  Our certificate expired yesterday. We have today obtained a new certificate and signed all of the XSN files that previously had the old certificate applied.  The forms open now for me, however, our users are reporting that they cannot open forms that have been emailed to them.

    We are using InfoPath 2007, client based forms, which have been created using InfoPath 2007.  Most of our users are using InfoPath 2013 on their machines to open the forms.

    Last year, when we using InfoPath 2007 to open the forms, simply updating the templates with the new certificate resolved our issues.  Now it seems that users will have to clear their InfoPath cache to be able to open the newly signed templates.  Is there any way to avoid this activity?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
