New here but not a complete newbie to InfoPath. I currently use InfoPath as part of a system running on SharePoint with an Access database back-end. Due to certain limits imposed by my company I am unable to store many fields in a single table, so I have been playing with using relational rules and techniques to reduce duplicated data. It's proving a lot harder than I first thought it would be.
Currently, I am trying to add fields to a repeating table which aren't in the list on SharePoint. I have a table with cables in and I store a cable type ID against each one. This should allow me to show table sheaths without storing the data directly in the cable table. How can I show the cable sheath in the cables repeating table in InfoPath?
