Hello, I try to insert a minute counter that starts when I click on a button and switch to another view after 15 minutes. help me.

Unfortunately this is not something that InfoPath would be able to do. View changes are only triggered from button clicks or form load rules. You could have a rule that sets the view start and end time, and each field triggers a rule to evaluate if the time is past the end value or not, and then disable the view if it is.
