InfoPath Dev

I'm trying to add a subject line to some forms I created that include 2 fields, but am not having any luck 

I would like to say something like

"New claim form submitted!! contract # ContractNumber  check # checkNumber "

 Can anyone please tell me how to achieve this ?

figured it out you use concat() 

 example- 

concat("New Check Inquiry!!", " ", "Contract number: ", ContractNumber, " ", "Check Number: ", CheckNumber)
