Text Box - Data type = Time. Now saving DST time differences!

Hi All, I have a form with a time field. Its a text box and the Data Type is set to Time. Its been working fine for the last 4 years. However we have recently updated all clients to Office 2010 (including Infopath). On Saturday Daylight Saving Time came to an end here in the UK. Suddenly when users open previously submitted forms an Hour is removed from the time! This is causing quite an issue as its a travel booking form. During further investigation i have noticed that Infopath2010 is saving the xml as the following: 17:00:00+01:00 Whilst Infopath 2007 saves the time as 17:00:00 Any ideas what we could do to fix it? Ideally we need to remove the "+01:00" from the time field. Is this a new feature in 2010? Thanks
