I can't figure out why my form works when I preview, but when I try it in a browser (I've tried IE and Chrome) it doesn't work. I have a drop down that has two options, hourly and salary. And another drop down with Accrual Rates. The accrual rate drop down populates from a list depending on which of the two options is chosen in the first drop down. If I preview, the accrual rate drop down populates correctly when I switch between hourly and salary. But when I try it in a browser it doesn't populate. The only way it will work, is if I change a different drop down on the form. I just don't get it. The form flashes for a second when I make a change to the other drop down so I think it has something to do with a query???? Frustrated!
