Hi,

I have one textfield and one multi select list box in a repeating section.
The textfield is getting all the values from the multi select list box. If I add a new section, all the checkboxes from the multi select list box are unchecked, which is fine. But the textfield is still having the same values from the section above, which is not fine.

My problem is, how can I delete this existing values from the textfield, if I add a new section.

In attached you will find an example for my problem.

Hi - even after modifying your formula so that it should just have the values for the multi-select in a given section:

substring(xdMath:Eval(xdMath:Eval(../my:multipleList[. != ""], 'concat(";", .)'), ".."), 2)

I still had some weird behavior - but I've seen issues using double eval with multi-selects before.
