I need to build a form to do the following:
recieve a list of "jobs". Each "job" has an "owner"
Each "job" has two or more "tasks". each "task" has a "manager". all of these things are listed in the final filled-out form.
These will be autofilled from ishare lists. One list of Jobs, one list of managers+owners, and many lists of Tasks if necissary. The user will Only manually choose the job, everything else will fill itself in.
for example:
Job: (drop down choice)clean car. Job Owner: John Smith. Associated tasks below:
-wash
-dry
-vaccum
mangers:
Jane Doe:
-Dry
James Bond:
-Wash
-vacuum
(notice how James is manager of two tasks, but does not appear twice, both tasks appear under his name)
end example.
Preferred to not have repeating tables, but im open to all suggestions. I dont want to have to edit the form itself for any reason, if I wan to add/modify a job or task, I just want to modify the ishare list appropriatly and not change the form itself.
