I've designed a form with a page break, and a footer that goes on every page. When I print from design view(preview) it prints as intended, 2 pages and with the desired footer. When I publish that form, and print from iShare, it gives me 3 or 4 pages and does not have the footer anywhere.

the preview form and the published form were both filled out with identical values. 

How do I fix this?

Fixed the footer printing problem with some outside help: Needed to go to View properties, then printing options(or somthing to that effect). then copy and paste into the footer bix, which is blank even if you have filled in the normal footer box. somewhat confusing.

As for het page break, I gave up as it doesnt seem to react to anything I do.
