Help need to convert a excel formula to XSLT/XPATH function

    Helo everyone,

I am developing a info path form which would be served as a travel request form in SharePoint. The travel request time should be greater than 2 hrs from the time it is being requested.

If a request is being raised by 1 PM then the requested time should be minimum 3 PM or more than that.

Trying to impose this condition as a rule in Infopath designer and its requires a XSLT/XPATH function to do so. But I am completly null on it. I know that it can be acheived in excel by this formula =NOW() + TIME(2, 0, 0).

Can you please help me with the equivalent XSLT/XPATH Function ? Thanks in advance.
