I want the initial form to either load pre-existing form data or stay blank base on a Work Order value the user enters. If it Work Order is already in the SharePoint library, we want to retrieve the values of the Work Order into the current form, so the user can make changes. If it doesn't pre-exist, I want to let the user continue populating the form. And then save it. I am just wondering about the step of checking for the WO and re-loading values to the form and how to achieve this in InfoPath. Thanks.
