Hide/Show multiple sections on a checkbox click InfoPath 2010

I have a requirement to have Multiple selection, up to four items. When an item is selected the rest should hide. Users can also select all the four times. So if a user select one item, the three should hide etc.

I tried creating Four sections with  checkboxes and  textboxes inside  all the four. But I can't seem to get it the work as I want, when one item is selected hide the three unselected items or when two items selected hide the other two sections etc. Any help will be appreciated.

Attached is an example of what I think you're after.

It's all about how you create your rules.

In the example the MultiSelction Box combines a substring and contact function together.

Then to hide/unhide your sections - set the condition to 'all occurrences' of X, not just a basic X=Y
