This is a - can it be done question.
Form has many fields (say 20) to which a canidate is requested to fill, 1= i'm terible to 6 = i'm the greatest, for each criteria - a coloured horizontal bar .
The form is then sent / linked to the manger, who cannot see what the canidate has filled - fills out their appraisal with their views on the employees performance.
Both sit together and look at the form which now shows the two results and has a third.
They combined / look at the two results, and agree to disagree etc and finally agree on a third result - so we now have 3 fields for each feild , so to speak.
Performance review is saved and cannot be edited.
This looks like allot of work to me, because all I can think of is say 20 questions x 3 and result stored.
Show and hide etc - tricky.
What do others think - is there an easier way? to fill - then hide, fill a different result, hide, show both - then fill a third - and on for the next 20.
Maybe this not for an infopath form?
