 Hello,

I am currently working on a form that until now i filled a drop down list from that form with an XML file.

I was able to update that XML and include it in a share point and have connected the info path to retrieve that information.

The form select the following fields Name and email from share point and i have selected for it to show only the name display Name wile the value being the email

• My question is that when previewing the info path it is starting mid way down the list from share point and not at the beginning.
  (EXAMPLE)  if the from has A through Z it will start at L and i would need to scroll back to A to start from the beginning.

Please help in any way possible and thank you for taking the time to read this request.

 Check the data connection and how you are sorting the list. i.e. by ID or Name.

i am sorting by name, when i select the value and the display name the same i have no issues but then the file does not send properly
